The vessel and equipments must be fit to operate under the following labor conditions:
– Air temperature : -35 C to + 36 C
– Water temperature : 0 C to + 28 C
– Humidity : 70% (occasionally 95%)
– Max Ice Thickness : 40 cm
– Steel grade : Marin Type DH36 Grade
APPLICABLE RULES
The beneficiary will make available to the site builder, the Technical and category project,
approved by RINA, following that the Execution Project is concluded by the Builder.
The vessel will be built observing the relevant rules and regulations for the navigation type,
destination and area.
The strict observance of at least the following regulations will be considered:
– PALAU Regulations
– RINA Rules for the Classification of Caspian Sea Inland Navigation Vessel, latest
edition
– Other relevant requirements and norms for the type and destination of vessel.
The vessel will have the following class notation:
RINA Hull + • Mach, Oil Barge (FP>60°) + Special Navigation (Inland Waterways & Caspian
Sea) + Special Service (Ice Breaking up to 0.4 Meter Ice Thickness)
During the building, the vessel will be supervised by RINA. All the materials and equipments
making the object of regulations will be delivered with a type certificate or an inspection
certificate, approved by the Company of Classification.

Endowments:
For the accomplishment of destination, the vessel will be equipped with necessary
installations and equipments, according to the Rules, as well as with specific installations and
equipments to the mentioned destinations.
– driving generator of diesel transfer pumps, fire, ballast, bilge and stand

– lighting system of bridges, ashore and off-shore
All the equipments and endowments of the vessel will be agreed by the classification
company and delivered by the reputed and famous manufacturers in the field.
